Stove and other things to be fixed

I bought a property from these guys and stove was not working properly and needed to be changed, my shower mixer was broken and still now it hasnt been changed, my shower horse in the main bedroom needs to be changed as it leaks heavily, all these thing were reported before i even moved in on the 1st of october 2013 even now they have not yet been changed. everytime i call jacob he says he will talk to his bosses and come back to me, when i call lynette she says the same. i am very dissapointed in their service because i have to be the constantly calling back and finding out how far they are and it is now the second month. if this is not sorted it will constitutes a breach and CPA and other regulatory bodies will have to hear about this.
