I am lost for words as to why Trafalgar is still keeping this incompetent, arrogant and unprofessional woman in their employ. I wrote to Hellopeter.com regarding incorrect billing by this woman. I had to drive all the way from Jo'burg to Pretoria, no petrol refunded by Trafalgar to resolve the billing issue. I was resolved with the help and professionalism from Adele Olivier. I was given a revised statement which I settled within hours of receiving it. Natasha is now billing for interest on unpaid rent, what unpaid rent. I have never been treated with such little respect by any letting agent before and am quite frankly tired of this disrespect. I would like to pay my January rent and will not do it until I am given the correct statement, who suffers, the property owner and me. It seems there are no consequences for this woman's incompetence, she can just go on and on taking tenants and clients for a ride and nothing happens to her. If she at least got a warning or something, she probably would try and improve the service she renders to tenants and property owners, but no, nothing happens, so she just forges on billing tenants as she pleases and being rude to them.
