Hi All, please note this guy is a and people need to be very careful of him. His nature is to people by posting auction boards on properties that are available. He has conned us with R75000.00 for a property in Linmeyer. He advised us that we need to pay a 10% deposit to secure this property which we did and after that he disappeared off the face of the earth, he doesn't return any of our calls and email.
Please be very careful of this guy people... I really do not want any of you to go through what I and several other already experienced.
