False internet advertising

I had been looking for accommodation for my daughter and found this private res on the internet, it looked amazing you can go and see their website, the charge R4000.00 per month and you have your own room and share a kitchen and bathroom... Sorted or so I thought... Arrived in CT to view well what a shock and disappointment! The place is an absolute dump! Broken windows, filthy and the kitchen bathroom were absolutely disgusting!!! How can they show one thing that is so varstly different to what it actually is! Sent a message to Emily voicing my absolute disgust and not one word back from her.
