Threats, abusive language and demanded compliment

I would like to compliment hello Peter by the service it renders to the voiceless, as after complaining about my agent in 2 days time my queries were fixed and attended to, however one of the directors has been constantly calling that I go back to back to hello Peter and compliment, personally I compliment were service is due and I complain were service standards have not been met. But the worst was yesterday noon as I was telephoned and threanted by the same gentleman, that I have until Friday to compliment them on hello Peter otherwise his attorney will take legal action against me as they are not owners of the flat, question now being who the owner of the flat is? and my lease was signed with the agent, I kindly request hello Peter to advise me accordingly as i personally feel this matter is honestly and sincerly out of hand as i have been subjected to abusive language and threats
