Threats and no co-operation

My Faince and I recently moved into a lovely home in Deep River, CPT. The managing agency and contact person for our rental is a Mrs. Shelly Lombard. There were quite a few things logged on the initial fault report upon moving into the house that we were promised would be attended to, and the most recent problem a leak that came up between our kitchen and bathroom. Upon calling the rental agency, we were given the number for the maintenance guy to come have a look. After making a phone call to him, it was established that he would call in the morning when he was on his way and I would come through and open the house for him. He apparently called the next day (no missed call on my phone) and simply left as he said he couldn't get hold of me. Then he send a R300 bill for the call out! No attempt to call again, to try a different number or even contact my Fiance. Upon bringing this issue up with Ceberco Trust and Shelly, the attitude changed immediately, we received threatening e-mails and refusals to speak to us telepathically. I am severely disappointed that our residence is being managed by this caliber of person and I only hope they will replace Shelly Lombard with someone else.
