Stay Away from Monis Mansion Apartments

I am absolutely disgusted with the service, lack of professionalism and shear and utter disrespect from this place. When you move in its all hunky dory and the promises made to you are beyond this world. Upon signing your lease No:1 You don't get a copy of it and never will get a copy of it. If you default on a months rent for what ever reason it may be, you are then locked out the apartment and told to present your lease and id book or you don't have access regardless of what time it may be and if you have a family or anything, you will all sleep outside. Your then get insulted and your flat number get written on a whiteboard in full view of all tenants to see that you have either done abc or e wrong and are left with egg on your face.

The flats you see in their brochure are nothing to go by. They are the total opposite of what you see when you move in. The securities attitudes are appalling even the flat manager stays on site and he is the most rude individual you have ever come across or could ever speak to.

If you're a tenant you have to park your car on the street as there are 20 parking bays to 144 rooms.

People be warned and stay away from this place or you in for!
