FAILING TO FIX DAMPNESS TO WALLS AND BATHROOM

Below an extract of email received from Candice Henry on 26th September 2012... With regards to the damp. There was an issue with the ground floors experiencing a bit of paint bubbling due to water going into the slider of the sliding door of the units above them. This has since been sorted out and no more water is getting in. The problem now is that there are residual effects of the initial problem as the water that penetrated the cavity still needs to dry out. Until it does you will have a bit of damp by the sliding door which we are happy to come and paint and sort out. Rest assured this will clear up and stop occurring. Until it does we will continue to come back and touch up the paint.
This dampness has worsened as Rawsons started fixing problems from the top units No 53 & No 28, which caused more water filtering down to the ground floor unit No 3.
Subsequent emails to the managing agent, Intersect, and Rawsons have been ignored up until now. Yesterday, Intersect advised me via email that I need to deal directly with Rawsons. Why I haven't been told this in the beginning baffles me!
