Don't act in owners interests

The tiles in my bathroom started coming off the walls. Notified Angor to put in an insurance claim. Got treated like a common criminal and a. Their insurance clerk (Melani Van Niekerk) is seriously customer challenged and clearly acts in defense of the insurer while not supporting the owner at all. She does not listen or understand what is being said to her; it is like speaking to a brick wall. She miscommunicated and misrepresented me to the insurance and now they won't pay. The insurance (CIA and DAB Brokers), appointed by Angor are terrible. They make you run around and do all the work and then come with excuse after excuse not to pay. Shocking service.
