Breach of contract, and incorrect billing

I was looking for property to rent and was contacted by Alain Pitot after I had an enquiry about a property online. Once I have decided to rent, I was asked to pay all the deposits, admin fees and utility fees. With one week to go before I moved in, I have not received a rental contract. The excuse every time was they thought I have received it, or sorry it did not go through. Alain Pitot agreed eventually to meet me the Friday afternoon so that I can read and sign the contract. 1 Hour before we had to meet, he called and said he cannot meet me, but will see me the following morning when I move in (still no keys in my hand). I had no choice but to sign all the documentation as my furniture was standing outside the door. I am single and travel a lot for work, so I was billed R400 for 2 weeks electricity. I have queried this with the Alberton branch and was told it is an estimate, I explained there is no way you can have an estimate without a trend of at least 4 months. This has been going on for 3 months. They take the money via debit order, and I only signed for my rent to go off by debit order. I have requested original copies of the electricity bill, to no avail!!
