Incompetence!!!

Just Letting are a national agency that are so incompetent it is a disgrace to not only their business but to the service delivery industry. The past few months have been a nightmare, we receive incorrect bills monthly, they did not disclose to us that our landland who immigrated had left her electricity and rates bill in arrears leading to us as tenants paying the price! They claimed they knew, it makes me ask the question how did they expect the municipality to react? Logic would tell you they would eventually cut our electricity.

It is shocking they are still in business as I would not trust them would my property if something simple as forwarding bills is done incorrectly. I would hate to imagine what would happen if they were required to use some form of intelligence and have to calculate the bill.
