I have to report mark clench properties for awful service they gave me and my house mates after numerous promises that we whre gonna get a perfect house with WiFi and tv we have been living there for almost a week now and the house is actually in shambles, the ad said the house is full furnished and when i went to move in to the house the, it was only fully furnished in the bed room which is a table n bed and bedding, and after mark clench associate Rosa had told all of us not worry about bringing anything we get there and the house is empty in the lounge and they made promises to put the wifi on Monday when we get home there is no wifi at all in fact the only thing we got was a request of proof of payment no specific date as to when all the promises will be met, this is a bad agent people be aware of them and there shady dealing they wont even let us speak to the owners of the house cause they don't want us to complain about things that are not correct, this is becoming constant now with property agent in cape town the so much to tenants that's why i prefer to deal with the owners of the house then people lyk mark clench and his associate rosa .
