Deposit refund

I moved out of ashanti (flat 106) in end October and gave notice to Leungo that I am moving out. They asked for my documents and in November 2013 I provided them with all documentation necessary and nothing was outstanding from my side. To date I still have not received my deposit back for reasons unbeknown to me. I have had to get a loan to pay for a deposit for my current place because they didn't give my deposit back on time. This whole process has been painful and a real inconvenience, and seriously annoying. I have been sending emails to Desire who advises me that Hollard will pay me. Hollard was supposed to have paid me on 13 Dec 2013 and I have not received anything from them either.
I demand my deposit back!!!
