Been Staying at Clivia Crescent for almost a year.

Security has always been an issue, electric fence not working 90% of the time. Security guard on duty from 6pm until 6am if the job gets done??? Elec fence goes of no one will respond to it. Caretaker if you want to call it that, has no worries about anything, and then to hear in a short space of time they tried to bugler the free standing unit 3 time in a space of 2 weeks. Not to mention the bad attitude from people at Renico, firstly people were forced to get rid of their small dogs, options were either you were told to leave or you must put your dog out. Pathetic!! And now, complex full of small dogs again.

Not to mention where the refuse is kept, its got a stench of note, flies all over and inside ones unit. Disgusting!! Isn't that a health issue???

So the question stands - is it worth while renting property from this Company. To much business to little effort
