Progress Properties
The most useless, B-grade estate agent eve

My partner & I have had nothing but useless service from Progress Properties, Kensington.

Vaughan and his incompetent team have been a hassle to deal with. We have to make endless calls and leave numerous messages with no response whatsoever. They are by far the most useless, laziest team of an estate agency I have ever come across in all my years.

I warn anyone that might be considering using them to either manage your property or rent from that you rethink that idea, no matter how cheap their services are. And I assume this is their "competitive advantage" i.e. being "cost effective" also known as "cheap". And cheap they are... 1 incident is the fumigation of the property we moved into 3 weeks ago:

(a) There is no certificate for it. (b) When we asked for the fumigators contact details all that we received were a name and cell number for "Godfrey" - no reputable or known pest control was used by Progress Properties. (c) My dog was likely poisoned by poison that our gardener saw being put out on the lawn by "Godfrey". My dog's vet bills as a result of his poisoning came to quite a substantial amount! (d) We STILL have mice and cockroaches 3 weeks later!
