Never get retrenched or ask them form help!!!

We were put on short time following retrenchment, I could not pay my rent for the 1st time in almost 5 years and told them the story and asked if they could use my deposit of R10000.00 the reply was NO not let see how we can help, immediately the reply was NO it is my money which hopefully is in a trust account I could have paid the deposit back in 3 months or made other arrangements. But very quickly to update my credit record. Needless to say I got given notice to vacate at the end of the month and please leave the property as you found it!!! they do inspection every six months for what the same thing gets put into that report over and over and nothing gets done, we have maintained our home seriously who stays in a house and has no maintenance light fittings, leaking pool, leaking roof why do they waste money on inspections if they never do anything about it as long as they get paid and get their commission the tenant. I am so disappointed in this company and will never ever recommend anybody to them or ever make use of them again this is the type of service you get for being a loyal tenant after 5 years. BAD BAD BAD!!!
