Worst Estate Agency EVER

Cluttons Waterfront was responsible for leasing out my property in Cape Town. They leased it short-term last year and I specifically said NO CHILDREN> however when I went to deliver something there were 2 little children there. At this point I had already decided that I was not happy with their service. However they secured me a good long-term tenant who I accepted but I appointed a friend to manage the property and I paid them a 6% commission. Said tenant just left with no notice at the end of October!!! Cluttons has the deposit and after MUCH fighting paid me Nov rent on the 7th!!! I am still fighting to get paid for tenant expenses for Sept, Oct & Nov. They do not answer emails and I have been told after threatening them with a lawyer that they are still going through their PROCEDURE. Their service is SHOCKING, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNCARING and makes me wonder where MY DEPOSIT MONEY IS... Today is the first time they contacted me with regards to another potential client. Do they really think I would ever give them ANY business EVER again??? I am appalled. Don't use them is my advice!!!
