Poor and extremely slow service

Eported that the oven was not working anymore twice per email 3 calls.
It's been 4 weeks now and i have not heard a word from them about any repairs.
They said they will follow up with the "handyman" today.

But 4 weeks later is very poor service. And it the meanwhile we can't prepare food in the oven.
