It is the second time in a year Just Letting refuse to refund money after moving out of a rented premise. In January, they built two walls to cover the washing line area at the premise, upon moving out they renovated and painted rooms that had watermarks on the wall and guess what the outcome was, we were billed for those and the invoices swell to the level that we were told we owe them some money.

We stayed at another premise from January to September 2013 and guess what happened with the final invoice, just because they saw a broken pipe wrapped on plastic, they inflated the water bill by R18 000 so to eat up the refund plus claim that we owe them money. All attempts to call and emails for enquiries fall on deaf ears because there is no document that justify that we used that much water since every month we were billed R700 for water even though there was no document to suggest that we used that much water. Now it looks like it is Just Letting mode of operandi. Overcharge them and do not respond to their queries. Just need to warn other Just Letting Three Rivers clients and prospective clients, open your eyes!
