First they bill you for excessive water use but you do pay a levy for them so that when something burst or break they can repair it with that money. when a velve at the water pipe burst, you must pay the people who come and fix it for 3 months after the velve are repaired. then when that people come to repair the velve they just put of your water without telling you, they put it off during the day and at night when it is actually bath time and then you must ask what are going on with the water then you get a response and they tell you that it will be off the whole night. then the water comes on and an hour after it has been on they put it off again, repairing another velve. when you get the bill at the end of the month they only put the amount you must pay on the invoice without saying how much water you used. they charge you R17.94 per kl water even if you use 6 or 50 kl everybody pays the same rate, they over charge because the municipality charge you first 6kl are free and then after that R12.94 per kl afterwards. this place are money from the people in this complex.
