Never ever buy any properties from these guys

I own 4 units at Oukraal Hazeldean. Since December of 2011 to date, I have had water seeping (not leaking or rising damp), through the ceilings and walls. I have had a total loss of income for 8 months from having to move tenants out to do repairs, which takes Sabreal on average 3 months to attend too.

Here I am again for the 4th time with a unit that flooded the moment it rained, yet you expect me to diligently pay levies every month. This is absolutely pathetic for a company expanding in Pretoria East. I also checked your NHBRC membership, which seems to be suspended.

I have contacted a lawyer and the CPA and will be taking the necessary steps now as my patience is finished. I will also hold Sable Homes accountable for all loss of income for the duration it takes you to fix the same issues again.

Perhaps this time you might look at using a competent contractor that fixes the actual problems, and not just hide the damage that the problem caused.

Pathetic... the only way to summarize this.
