What Kind Of Outdated system do you guys use, that each and every time we have to fax you proof of payment so you could see if the rent is paid or not.

My Little sister was Locked inside The Res The whole weekend cause her finger prints were blocked couldnt go anywhere, what kind of madness is this, Management is nowhere to be found druring weekends, she wrote her exam and she couldnt even go to a library to prepare, let alone Do some toiletry shopping.

Brick wall Stupid security guards had a strict order from Higher Management to not give access in or out the building, is this Inhuman behaviour really happening in one of the Highly reputable Universities' Supliers.

I hope the whole world knows about this and i Demand a full explanation as to what led to this becacause ever since my little sister has moved in there, theres been problems after problems. The Landline 0117200010 remains unanswered and Stephens Cell number 0788125094 is on voicemail and my sister still doesnt have access to the res as i type this.
