Fine & Country Randburg don' pay earned commision

The property that I sold for Fine & Country Randburg was registered more than a week ago. The commission I earned on this property is still not paid to me. I enquired numerous times via e-mail but am ignored. It seems the branch is very ignorant to the requests of former agents and you can only draw the conclusion that the branch regards agents as income generating commodities. I did some introspection and must say that is the way I have been treated by the branch when working there. The fact of the matter is I have a document that stipulates the commission due to me and Fine & Country Randburg does not want to pay it to me. Fine & Country has a big promotion with a car as prize but they do not want to pay very very hard earned commission to an agent. Maybe the branch or the md, Blomeyer does not like me but this money is due to me. I am not going to partly sponsor the prize motor with my commission although it is not a lot to Fine & Country but it is a lot to me. I had to negotiate with Fine & Country on other things as well but like this, they are dictatorial & ignore you when they want & don't read correspondence to them properly because an agent = an income generating commodity
