I am in utter awe that an organisation such as Angor can have such poor client relations. We are renting in one of the complexes that Angor manages and have given notice to terminate our lease due to our experience with Angor.
My brand new car was bumped by a dustbin, I have pictures of where the dustbin was left after returned by the garden service. There was plenty place for the dustbin to be put elsewhere. I was told I need proof, I mean who moves dustbins besides the garden service? Certainly not my neighbours, as they will not be so kind to deliver my dustbin right to my front gate. I within minutes of my complaint received an email about my dog being aggressive with the garden service. I had asked the garden service previously about my dog and was assured that he just barks and moves towards the garage. Is this the manner in which Angor deals with complaints? Still I am left with the consequences of the negligent behaviour of the garden service and told I must claim from my insurance as that is why I have insurance. I cannot even park my car in my own driveway without having to worry about it being damaged. But nobody wants to take responsibility. This is not right!
