DISGRACEFULL PROPERTY AGENTS

I moved into a property, DeLucia didnt have keys for me to get into the property and just left me to sort it out, repairs to unit need to be done and they keep referring me to the Body Corporate. My flat was covered with maggots to which they claimed was bees, bees removed but behives left behind, maggots had to be thrown at them in order to get pest control out and after a month still no unrepaired property, no lock for glass door and filthy infested carpets left until my 2yr old had ticks crawling over him... To date if I dont contact them, they just let everything as is! I would never refer anyone to make use of them as agents as you might as well rent privately - I don't know how they can be proud receiving funds from home owners and deliver such poor customer service! I have to pay fees and deposits for goods not received and had to beg them to inspect property! After numerous mails and pictures as proof not an agent or owner of business makes contact! I would definitely wish anyone the best of luck considering dealing with them! ~
