Just Letting
No one cares!!!

On Friday, 18 October 2013, my husband called Just Letting Brackenfell to inform them that our main bathroom/bedroom was under water. He asked for the owner to contact us. No one phoned or pitched or tried to help. We were stuck over the weekend with a room and bathroom under water. We phoned them again this morning... and still nothing has happened.

They are very quick to say when you owe them money for whatever reason, but when it comes to assisting their customers, they just ignore you! As soon as the contract is signed and the monies paid, then you are on your own!
