Terrible service, unprofessional and undermining

There is nothing worse than working with a bunch of lazy, unprofessional people like the employees of Calgro M3. Namely Asma Alexander, Wayne Cooney and Thapelo. Our unit is complete, and ready for us to move in. yet due to these people's incompetence, we had a hiccup that needed to be resolved during registration process which has now turned into a major setback, all because these people refuse to work with integrity and have undermined us. Each time they're asked about progress they are very quick to pass the buck and provide us with no feedback whatsoever. They have undermined us, to us and ignored our repeated pleas to give us the keys to our home like they promised they would! We have done EVERYTHING required of us including being very patient but these people have taken advantage of us. Emails have been sent back and forth in hopes to try and find solutions, but someone just keeps dragging their feet. We understand all processes involved in purchasing a property and it doesn't all happen overnight, but this is ridiculous! My partner and I are taking this further, expect a lawsuit.
