SICK OF THE FROM CALGRO

Calgro is a waste of TIME!! I bought a plot and plan over 1 year ago through an agency who was reselling for Calgros development project in Bernadino heights, Kraaifontien. I have been in constant communication with Calgro and Omega properties for the last year on a weekly/daily basis to ensure our place is sorted out and built. I have been told via Calgro and Omega properties via email and verbably by all parties involved that I should give notice in my flat for 31st August back end of June, I then reconfirmed end of July this is still on track and was assured there wouldnt be anything to worry about. On Saturday, Aug 24th I was told by one of the builders to confirm paperwork would be completed becuase they wont hand over keys until thats completed. I now an being ignored by everyone, and getting the run around. FInally was told today by Michelle in the Tygervally branch that they are waiting for about 3 - 4 week for certificate of completion and then only the certificate of occupation can be applied for. NOW ME AND MY SMALL CHILDREN ARE GOING TO BE HOMELESS AND CALGRO DOESNT CARE. I have been in communication with Charl, who promises to call back the entire day, still waiting.
