The Landlord Pieter du Plessis appointed the owner of iLOOKOUT LETTING Mr Sheldon to let some of his townhouses thus acting as Lessor. The Lessor let the unit to Mr Langa Kabane as the Lessee. Mr Kabane paid his first months rent of R5500 plus a key deposit of R5500. When his contract expired August 2013 he did not pay his rent for August 2013, but decided to give the Lessor permission to pay the Landlord the August 2013 rent from his deposit money. The Lessor is now holding the Landlords money back for some or other reason that the Landlord does not know. Can you please find out from Sheldon owner of ILookout Letting who answers no calls from us and are being very rude when we do get hold of him from an unknown phone what his problem is for not paying.
