I feel it is very unfair that myself living in a one bedrom property of pulse living get charged 200 rand water from it being 85 rand a month withing 3 months it went from 85 rand to 200 rand and i get told we cannot be billed individualyy, which i thinkis nota true story, i would like to report them as inconsistent and not very rental friendly.

I would not advise anyone to rent from them without first asking all relevant questions regarding the electricity and water.
