LEAKING WATER METER NO REPLY OR RESPONSE

I reported a leaking water meter on the 6th October 2013 and yet today still no response, We all trying to preserve this resource and yet rand water just does not seem to reply or respond to wasting a critical resource.

PLEASE REPAIR your water meter!!!
