Calgro M3
Over promising and not delivering

On the 09/08/13, around 09h00 my car alarm was activated I then rushed outside to my surprise a tent belonging to Calgro m3 was overlapping on the wall of the complex with a huge stone tied to it, the stone damaged the sunroof and landed motionless on the windscreen, living minor dents on the bonnet and the roof,
I then called Calgro M3 office in Jhb and spoke to a Belinda who requested that I email the photo and 3 different quotes,
I provided her with all the documents she requested, she never responded and when I called her she told me her system was down and will only reply once she can access the documents, when I called her after a week she said the matter was referred to head office. I waited and waited until I was referred to another guy named Bryan, I was told to call him, he told me that the matter was not brought to his attention, he also sang a different tune telling me that they have their own insurance that has been fixing their cars for years and does nt know why Belinda told me to do quotes, the so called Group Operations Director told me that their insurance will contact me and to date nothing has been done, *emails are available, and eye witnesses..
