No response to tenant queries

I was somewhat surprised at the time it takes Statusmark to inform tenants that monthly rental payments are outstanding. I took this in a good light as I was under the impression that as fast as they send out notifications to tenants to pay the rent the response time on my queries would be just as fast. Sadly this is not the case. The staff at this company does not respond to queries. Over the last three years that I have rented through this company I have found them to be rather insipid with no interest in servicing my queries, the first of which was done in February 2010 when I informed them that the carpets to the unit I started renting was not cleaned at the time I moved in. I ended up cleaning it at my own expense and in fact up until today have never received a response from Statusmark. I logged two queries in the last two weeks and still have not received any response. It is rather clear that the tenant is of no value to this company. I could add more to this complaint but Hellopeter has limited characters. I wonder if I will get the same treatment from them when I move into the Townhouse I purchased for which they are also the managing agents.
