POOR SERVICES AND BAD MANNERED

I have dealt with Erna since the day that we wanted to rent. I find her very rude and the services she renders is very poor. we moved out of an apartment which was rented out thru her at the end of August. there were renovations to the house that was needed to be done which was done. My Tv bracket is at their offices less than a month and today, i receive a mail saying "Please advise when you will be picking up the TV bracket. It will be thrown away by the end of next week". why the needs to be rude.

i will never recommend erna to anyone seeing that she alot and very rude.
