Good manufacturing but very bad installation

I had curtains made last year. This was done beautifully. The installation was another matter though. Only 1 srew was placed in each bracket to hold the curtain pole, with a 5m span of window this was insufficient. Eventually the joined in the middle came lose and the pole fell on my head and arm. After 3 phone calls Andre eventually arrived, very rude and suggested it was my fault because I removed the curtains to be washed. Seriously! 1. I washed the curtains several months ago and noticed the brackets pulling out of the wall. 2. I was not planning on washing the curtains on this occasion, I was merely opening them. I proceeded to wash them though as they were laying on the floor anyway 3. Am I not suppose to wash my curtains!? He refused to rehang the curtains and the middle bracket is still pulling lose and the pole falling down. I have now kept it in place with Prestik which of course looks terrible, but do not want such a rude person back in my house. I am due to building another 700m2 house next year, Window Fashion Decor missed out on doing all the curtains for that house due to poor back up service.
