Unprofessional and Appalling Service!!!

I am renting a flat with Just Letting in Jhb. Every since I started this relationship with them I have been extremely unhappy with their professionalism, from billings that I do not understand to unprofessional emails received.

The latest has been when I put in my notice period. I put in notice on 05 September 2013 for 31 October 2013. I am now told that I need to be responsible for inherent costs due to their failure to process my notice on time as I did not "confirm" that I will be moving out; as if a notice email/letter is not sufficient confirmation that I will be moving out.By now they should have found a tenant, and because they did not process my notice, it is only now that they will advertise, causing the period to source a tenant to be half the time I gave them. I have given them more than enough time to ensure that they find a tenant by 31 October. Now, I will need to be responsible for costs if they don't find a tenant by them.

I will never use them again. I hope that landlords see this and realise what an inefficient company they are for handling their rentals. I am seriously appalled.
