Absolute pathetic service

This lady is continuously accusing me of handling my own affairs w.r.t handling of problems and breakages at my property. She complains that I "override" her authority, when I am merely assisting in getting better quotes for repairs to numerous complaints during a period of 1 years that I have had her handle my affairs.

The quotes she got for repairs were "overboard" and I thought it best to assist in saving money. Now with every financial problem she "passess the buck" even when the tenant has confirmed that he has done damage to my property, she informs that the damage was there before he moved in. Phew!!!

Damage deposit was in excess of R5, 000, but she states that she will only pay approx R2, 000 over to me, as she has assisted to find tenant another property and paid my deposit over to new property.

Please advise and assist.
