Newinvest 172
Will not refund deposit

After one year lease from Newinvest 172 of house in Blairgowrie expired, we vacated the house in excellent and clean condition. Exit inspection in with owners was done and no major issues highlighted. Three months later our R38000 deposit has still not been refunded. We will now have to sue to resolve this issue.
