I am currently renting out a property in Amanzimtoti through the "Just Letting" branch there.

The communication from this branch is pathetic with poor response to queries lodged, albeit verbally /written.

Some issues:
o Lease expired with no notice issued to myself/the tenant
o Continued leasing MY property on a month -to month basis without consulting with me (the owner)
o Failure to comply to contractual quarterly inspection (agreed inlease contract), despite me requesting these reports on a number of occations.

Please can you assist in getting this sorted?
