I could write a book about this, but suffice to say that in three years I have tried to get some results and service from Re/Max but without success. On many occasions when I approached them for help in resolving an issue with the landlord, I was treated as though I was an, or school child who didn't do her homework. The principal/ Branch manager (Bernadette Kasselman) once even yelled and shouted at me over the phone and called me a and that I should be ashamed of myself. I really don't think that is how you treat a customer.
Today when I spoke to her and enquired about something, I was once again treated with disrespect. She is impatient with me, interrups me while I'm talking and without listening to me, makes her own conclusions and belittles me, then walks away. I have been trying for more than two weeks to get my key deposit back, they dont return my calls, not once. I have never been treated this way at any other business but Re/Max Welkom branch.
