INCOMPETENT SERVICE-LESS COMPANY

I was given a penalty of R250 for a late rental payment, and a further R500 for paying on the 8th. This happened after I spoke to them on the phone to explain my sitiuation. I was then promised that the R500 wont go onto my account. It was then billed R750.00. I then also had a look at my contract which clearly states that a 1st penalty is R30 and a second R250.00 if paid later than the 8th. I refused to pay before someone could explain why that amount does not correspond with my lease. It is now Oct and my account is still not sorted out, I have been to the branch more than 5 times to sort this out. I keep on receiving final demand letters and now finally a letter to lock down my house. This is after their Financial person Maggie assured me that my account is sorted out and that I should be in a credit. They conveniently adjusted the penalties to R30 and R250.00, but to how many other blind tenants do they charge this illegal fee? I want answers and I want to end my agreement because of breach of contract. I want nothing to to with this company and their illegal dealings. I have had NO SERVICE! I have sent letters to management, NO RESPONSE! NEVER WILL I USE OR RECOMMEND ANYONE
