Like a Seeff in the night

I sold my house through Seeff about 6 months ago I am paying a commission to them of R230000 and for what?
The agent recommended to the buyer that he use Vinings a conveyancing company that just so happens to be in the same building as them and the reason given for the suggestion was so as there would be a easy flow of things as they were so close to each other LOL!!
Well 6 months later and still nothing, I have no income at present and was relying on the funds from the sale of my house to sustain me until I was to start my new job in February.
I approached them and asked if I could get bridging finance until the sale went through, they said they would assist and told me that my application for R70000 was approved, the tears flowed and the smiles beemed I even asked my struggling aunt if she would pay for a celebratory dinner out and that I would pay her the next day as I was told that this was when I would receive the money, but no, I was only to be told that the finance hadn't been approved,!
Today the bank took my car and my chance of my job in February and Seeff and Vinings have like a in the night taken my last hope. I don't know what to do someone help me!
