Cosmo City house not built in time

I would like to complain about Metro Developers, it has been two years since they were contracted to build a 3 bedroom house and up to today the house is still not finished. The problem I have is that I am renting and I have been extending my lease and now i cant anymore. The people from Metro Developers do not answer calls and also do not give feedback of the progress. i have wasted a lot of petrol going to the stand (daily) to check on the progress and still the house is not finished, all they say is that I must renew my lease and that is killing me emotionally because I had a lot of trust in them. There is always an excuse when questions are asked about the progress of the building.

All I need is feedback and me and my family want to move in to the house. Also the city of Joburg has given me a bill for a place that I do not reside in, due to the delays caused by Metro Developers. I am very angry with the level of service they are giving because I might end up a homeless person. I have been patient for a long time due to my good nature but they have lost my trust and I dont think I will refer anyone to work with them.
