From day 1 we have had a problem with the agency.
14 Ashwood Forrest Bryanston,
The lady that sold us the place Lynette - we had to keep calling her to set up dates to view the apartment, find out what banking details where to do the deposit, call a 100 times to get the contract.
Then on the day of viewing she did not take note of all damages that where at the apartment and after mailing them on numerous accounts so come sort it out this was never done.
Myself and my partner had to pay R100.00 for an electrician to come view the place as cables needed replacing and where old and damaged.
The oven was disgusting and all this we fixed on our own account.

We have since left and we are still awaiting our deposit to be returned (its been over 2 weeks)

Never mind the fact that they just gave our details to new tenants and we had to show them the apartment which is not our job to do.

I would highly recommend to never ever do anything through this company as they 1stly are terrible with their service and never mind the fact that I still have not received my R8000.00 deposit back, I guess time will tell if we can add them in the department as well!!!
