Brookes & Michaels -Terrible Sectional Title Admin

I own 2 properties in Claremont, Cape Town. Both are sectional title and one is administered by Brookes & Michaels, the other by another Cape Town based company.

The difference in service and basic delivery is truly astounding. Trying to deal with Brookes & Michaels is like holding an infants hand and teaching them how to walk - frustrating! Slowly but surely this block of flats in an upper-demographic area is falling apart - right before our eyes. Trying to get someone there to take accountability is impossible. I am slowly (actually not too slowly) watching a once-beautiful apartment block fall into disrepair and Brookes & Michaels seem to just give the proverbial 'shug of the shoulder' - talking to their staff you would think these guys have no idea what they are doing - nor do they care. At the same time, our other apartment - literally around 700m away - is looking great. Complete opposites, and the only difference is managing agents.

Never, ever, ever, ever - no matter what - get Brookes & Michaels involved with any of your property - believe me, honestly, you will live to regret it deeply. As we do.
