You pay for queen prawns, you get prince prawns!

I booked a Christmas lunch at C-Bali a month in advance as St Michaels was our holiday destination, what a dissapointing experience!!! Due to our location we expected fresh seafood properly prepared for Christmas lunch and therefor didn't mind paying R125 for 8 queen prawns and a bit of rice. Unfortunately I received prince prawns (that were not cleaned on the inside) and when I took it up with management my Christmas was ruined further by an extremely rude and manager by the name of Chris who argued with us that the prawns are the correct size and therefor classify as queen prawns. well Mr Chris, a queen prawns average size is 25cm not 23 as you suggested plus we sized the prawns in my plate at 15cm. Please don't make the mistake I made to make a booking at C-Bali @ St Michaels on Sea
