Non delivery of basic service

Reubo realty are an absolute disgrace. I can't ever recall dealing with people incapable of providing even a half decent service. Their web page is all bells and whistles sadly that's where it ends. Lack of communication, underhanded tactics, no due care when protecting our fixtures, lots of empty promises and no business ethic.
Living abroad and being unable to check our property after a tenants departure has resulted in nasty surprises with the condition of our property.
Communicating with these agents is like speaking to yourself. Let's hope this complaint will get a much needed response!
