Do not rent with Vision Properties

We lived in parow for 2 years, renting from CPGroup/investments. late last year while pregnant we were informed that Vision properties will be the new owners. ever since they have taken over we have had quite some issues with them, i have been dealing with Pieter van der Walt 0847025272 - who has no respect nor regard for the next person. the water was cut on 2 occations, where i have been paying on time everymonth, only to find out they havent paid the bill. we moved out 31 july and we still await our deposit, now Pieter is blaming us for a bath that was unused as it was in a horrble state. the previous owners where well aware of this issue, and has not done the correct handover. he refuses to take my calls and lets his poor PA handle this situation, i have included him in emails, yet he gets her to respond (what a coward) we have not yet received any notice of when we and if we getting our deposit back, now they saying they need to paint the house and it will cost over R6000, how is that my issue, when as a tennant we are not allowed to paint, and believe me if i was allowed to that place wouldv'e been gorgeous. to date: the palce has been broken into and vandilized by gangstas
