I received a call from Queen Tjeta to apologies for the bad service received from them. The only thing she did was blaming other people instead of saying, ' Apologies for the bad service received, i will rectify it. It took Wimpy two weeks to respond, this says a lot about their services and care for their clients. How she became a Branch Manager only Wimpy will know. I will never support Wimpy again nor my family and friends. I will post this writing on other sites as well expressing the shocking service and bad attitude in serving me. You people are shocking me every day with the qualityu of feadback and attitude.
