Where are my keys

Bought property through Tony and today our property got registered, our contract withe the seller has occupation date upon transfer. Two days ago we phoned Tony to organize when and how we'll get keys etc when registration happens, he mumbled and said find out. A day before registration we phoned again, same response "I'll find out for you". Today the registration happened in the morning and Tony couldn't be contacted nor did he return our calls. Now at 5 pm we call him and get through finally, he gives us an excuse he doesn't know what has happened today he just got in the office. We telling him the house has been registered we need the keys, he says he'll get back to us in 5min. This is so unprofessional and pathetic, so if he's away the whole day everything stops and we don't get our keys. This has been a horrible process buying this house, even the COC was late and the whole thing delayed. It's like nobody enforces or uphold the contract.
